*15 minutes after time of appointment, no call no shows will be charged for a full 60minute or 80 minute facial without refund. 

*Must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. 

*Cancellation of appointment the day of will result in getting charged for a FULL 60 minute or 80 minute facial

*Failure to confirm facial appointment date and time the day prior will result in facial appointment cancellation.

*Must present Gift Certificate to redeem.

*All gift certificates expire six months from date purchased.

*If your gift certificate has expired, you can still use it by paying a reinstatement fee of $10 for each month it has been expired.
