*15 minutes after time of appointment, no call no shows will be charged for a full 80 minute facial without refund. 

*Must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. 

*Cancellation of appointment the day of will result in getting charged for a FULL 80 min facial

*Failure to confirm facial appointment date and time the day prior will result in facial appointment cancellation.
